Am I able to cancel or change my orders?

You were unable to cancel or change any orders placed on our system after they had completed the checkout process. However, once you receive your order, you can simply return it for a full refund. It is important to note that you must have received the order before initiating a return.

When will my order be delivered?

TOur delivery time can vary slightly depending on your location. The processing time of up to three business days required by our warehouse to process, pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipping is included in the estimate below. Make sure your address is correct.

I’ve received the wrong item(s)

If you've received the wrong item(s), please email us at quitilbsitplv@gmail.com or follow our pages on Facebook and Twitter and message us directly. Please include an overview photo of the product you received, as well as the tag with the product code and your order number. We'll do our best to resolve this as soon as possible!

What methods of payment do you accept?

To avoid scammers and fraud, we currently only accept Paypal and Gcash payments.

What happens after a seller receives my return/refund request?

The seller will be notified of your return/refund request and must respond within 2 days. There are 4 possible outcomes you can expect: Seller accepts request, Seller does not respond within the given time frame, Seller proposes a refund negotiation, Seller disputes.

Payment Methods

PayPal and Gcash are currently accepted at Magico de Lumad. We do not accept Bitcoin, wire transfers, checks, money orders, or cash on delivery.

When required by law, Magico de Lumad adds Federal, State, and/or local sales tax to a customer’s order. (These taxes are in addition to the purchase price of the Product(s) under consideration for an order.)

Return & Refunds

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
